Mira Sorvino is an American actress and film producer. She was born in 1967 at Tenafly, New Jersey. She graduated from Harvard University in 1990, with a BA in Asian Studies (she speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and French as well as English), her first television appearance was in the 1987 'The Oldest Rookie'.
